Elite’s Rate Structure and Driver Payment Policies

Elite’s rate are fixed rates from point to point, no surge.
We do not have $5.00 fares.
In Manhattan, our minimum fare is $35.00 for sedans and $135.00 for SUVs.
Mostly we pay you these posted rates and charge our commission on this.
You are provided a weekly summary detail of all rides and the net payment
Your net payment is sent to you by ACH, on a weekly basis.
Elite’s rates are based on the distance and the average time to complete the trip.
Gratuities / Tips are optional for the Clients on sedans.
You cannot ask for gratuities.
For SUV, 15% Gratuities / Tips are mandatory.

We do not charge any commission on Gratuities.
Out of the way Stops are paid
After grace period, waiting time is charged and paid to you at the standard rates.
No shows and chargeable cancellations are paid to you
Some higher volume accounts are given volume discounts.
Some discounts are charged back to you, some not.
Discounts which are not charged to you (where we pay you full amount), are charged as a Global Customer Discount item on your statement to cover these discounts and credit card fees.
